The cottage is wonderfully cosy and comfortable. We would happily have spent our time relaxing in front of the logburner but then we would have missed the beautiful beaches, towns, history and countryside surrounding the cottage. So much to do, but sadly we only had a few days. Thank you Gethin for a wonderful break.

Y Lodge is a lovely little home from home. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights and it was exactly what we needed. It’s big enough to relax in for a cosy night in (we thought the space was bigger than the photos suggested) and it’s in a perfect location to explore the area. The kitchen is well stocked and the co-op in Fishguard is only a 15 min drive away. Despite it being on a main road you don’t really notice once inside and it wasn’t a problem at all at night. There is a log burner but we didn’t need to use it as the central heating is brilliant (we were staying in mid sep so it might be needed in the colder months). Would definitely recommend and will come back if ever I’m back in north Pembrokeshire! Thank you Gethin..

The stay was wonderful. The house has everything you need to spend a few quiet days, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. It is well positioned to visit beaches and monuments in the area, and a two-minute walk away there is a pub where you can have a few pints. We would repeat without a doubt!

Check in was very easy. Gethin explained things and it was straightforward. Within 30 mins drive there are nice walks food place. 10 mins from st Davids and only a few mins drive from another costal. From the house also you can walk to that. I’d say about 20-25 minutes walk. Cottage very tidy,well equipped! The only thing for me as i’m tall is where we slpet the ceiling was low. But at the end its not an issue as it’s only a sleeping area. We had a great long weekend
